oor County, Wisconsin is a favorite vacation destination for me; especially during autumn. The beauty of Door County's rustic and varied landscapes dressed in full autumn colors is simply stunning - a photographers dream come true. With over 250 miles of scenic shoreline ranging from rugged cliffs to fine sandy beaches, the peninsula is guarded by ten lighthouses; there is certainly a lot to explore and photograph. Old retired farms with rugged stone fences dot the interior landscape. Apple and cherry orchards are found in the more southern regions.
