The six specimens that we selected were
taken to a cleaning area.
I watched in amazement as a women, within a matter of minutes,
expertly prepared our lunch; as presented in the above photo.
The seafood is served raw, with peppers, garlic, sesame leaves.
red lettuse, wasabi, soy sauce, gochijon (red pepper sauce).
We drank soju, which is a distilled rice drink... very powerful.
The meal was great!
